Roger was widowed after 48 years of marriage and has two daughters and four grandchildren. He has had long careers in printing and publishing and also in garden design and landscaping. He brings experience in event planning and administration gained in a former charity undertaking similar testing to that of C.T.S. CIC. He founded a local free newspaper, was a director of a printing company before training in horticulture which was his former hobby and passion.

Roger has a long history of charity involvement having raised funds for a well-known gynaecological charity and two cancer charities, was chairman for many years on the committee of a social centre. He has been involved in local politics and helped several organisations achieve charity status.

Roger’s passion now is to see this charity grow into a means to bring the latest information about early cancer detection and tests to a widening audience and to see the promotion of healthy lifestyles and the monitoring of the results reducing deaths from cancer.
